By accessing and using Legit Media SMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using our virtual number and SMS verification services.
Service Usage
- Our numbers are intended for legal SMS verification purposes only.
- The use of our services for fraudulent activities, spamming, or illegal harassment is strictly prohibited.
- We do not guarantee that every number will work for every specific third-party platform due to their internal security policies.
Wallet & Refunds
Funds deposited into your Legit Media Wallet are used to rent virtual numbers. Please note:
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are only processed if an SMS code is not received within the allocated time for a purchased number. Once a code is successfully delivered to your dashboard, the transaction is considered final.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Legit Media will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from user negligence.
Limitation of Liability
Legit Media SMS provides services "as is." We shall not be held liable for any account bans or restrictions placed upon you by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google, Telegram) as a result of using virtual numbers.
